Don't make promises you can't keep. Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness has obviously never danced in the pouring rain. I finally have the courage to let go of the past, so I'm living in the present. A person's past shapes who they are today, so don't forget it, just don't drown yourself in it. I have learned that learning from our mistakes is more important than actually making them. Life has taught me to never regret & never wait until tomorrow, because tomorrow may never come. So, carpe diem. &Live life–to the very fullest. ♥

I like deep conversations.

The ones where you can just sit down with one of your close friends and completely spill out your thoughts/feelings. Like how you’re doing, what may be currently bothering you, what’s stressing you out, etc. And the best part, getting feedback or advice from that person you’re talking to that might actually understand what you’re going through. It makes me feel less alone, and happier that I don’t have to keep bottling up all of my emotions.
